Liability Waiver Required
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, all parents/guardians are required to complete a liability waiver on the first day of our programs and camps. This waiver is a standard part of our registration process and must be signed before your child can participate in any activities.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early on the first day to complete the waiver, or download and fill it out in advance (if available) to streamline the check-in process.

Refund Policy
We want to ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable experience when enrolling your child in our after school programs and summer camps. Please review our refund policy below:
Full Refund (30+ Days Before Start Date):
If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the start date of the camp, you will receive a full refund of your camp fees.No Refund (Within 30 Days of Start Date):
For cancellations made within 30 days of the program/camp start date, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy helps us ensure that we can plan and prepare adequately for all participants.Transfer Option:
If you need to cancel within 30 days of the program/camp start date, we may be able to transfer your registration to another session, if available. Please contact us directly to inquire about availability.Extenuating Circumstances:
In the case of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us directly. We will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
