After School Cheer

Our after-school programs run for six weeks, meeting once a week, and are available in both the fall and spring seasons. During these practices, cheerleaders will learn a wide range of cheers, dances, jumps, motions, stunting, and tumbling. Our goal is to help each athlete develop their skills while having fun and building confidence.

Summer Camps

Our camps are designed to give athletes a strong foundation in cheerleading, focusing on essential skills like motions, jumps, cheers, dances, stunting, and tumbling. Led by seasoned cheerleading experts, our instructors are committed to providing personalized coaching that enhances technique and boosts confidence. Each athlete will also receive a camp t-shirt and a special goodie bag to remember their experience.

Private Lessons

These one-on-one sessions are tailored to focus on skills that will help prepare the cheerleader for tryouts or support specific areas of skill development. Each lesson is personalized to meet the individual needs of the athlete, ensuring targeted progress and improvement.


Clinics

Our single day clinics are designed to help cheerleaders maintain and enhance their skills as they prepare to compete at the middle school, high school, or All-Star level. These single-day workshops feature extended hours, providing focused training to help athletes refine their technique and boost their performance.
